I hope that you are thrilled with your online jewelry purchases. However, if you need to return your item or have it adjusted for any reason, you can do so within 20 days of your purchase.
If the item was damaged upon delivery, please contact me immediately via email with:
a complete description of the problem
a photo of both the item and the packaging it arrived in.
Customized or personalized items are NOT eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds will be paid only after seller receives the returned item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The buyer is responsible for shipping return costs.
Shipping costs are not refundable
